Kristina is a Johnson Scholar graduate of Washington & Lee University, where she earned her degree in Biology. She recently returned from the Netherlands, where she was completing public health research on socioeconomic barriers to pancreatic cancer clinical trials with the Fulbright Program. Recently, she began her final gap year position at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she is working as a urogynecological clinical research assistant and interviewing for medical schools. With an excellent academic track record from her undergraduate degree, Kristina values lifelong learning and making knowledge accessible and enjoyable.
