Prisha is a Bioengineering student at UCLA, where she designs and teaches STEM activities to inspire girls to pursue engineering and volunteers to address food insecurity in Los Angeles. She has conducted biomaterials and tissue engineering research on developing injectable hydrogels to accelerate healing following dental implants. She has also worked on projects to apply machine learning models to predict medical outcomes. With top AP scores across subjects such as Chemistry, Calculus BC, Biology, and Computer Science A, along with a 35 on the ACT, Prisha is passionate about mentorship and hopes to use her strong academic background and communication skills to lead students to success.
