Jiayue teaches Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and AP-level courses to middle and high school students. He is currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering at Cornell University, where he maintains a strong academic record in advanced calculus, general and physical chemistry, and engineering coursework. He graduated high school with exceptional grades and strong standardized test performance in math and science.
Jiayue has several years of tutoring experience through both Mathnasium and private one-on-one tutoring, working with students across a wide range of skill levels—from foundational math to advanced AP coursework, including AP Chemistry, AP Statistics, Calculus, and standardized test preparation. He also completed a teaching internship at Lake Braddock Secondary School, where he supported AP Chemistry instruction, laboratory activities, and small-group problem solving. His teaching approach emphasizes clarity, adaptability, and building student confidence.
