Kendra is a junior at the University of Chicago majoring in Statistics and completing the pre-med sequence. She has a strong interdisciplinary background in mathematics and the sciences, with experience in various high school math competitions such as AMC/AIME. In high school, she took 18 AP courses, ranging from physics to economics to research, and dual-enrolled in Georgia Techโs math program. At UChicago, she has continued to build on this foundation through coursework in Abstract Linear Algebra, Probability, and Statistical Theory, alongside Biology, Organic Chemistry, and Physics. Kendra is currently a research assistant in UChicago Medicineโs AKI Lab, where she collects and analyzes clinical data to support research on acute kidney injury. She also brings industry experience from her internship at AJG Gallagher, where she worked as an actuarial consulting intern analyzing market trends and advising clients on insurance strategies. Through these academic and professional experiences, Kendra has developed strong skills in Python, financial mathematics, and data analytics.
